The Popular Show Campaign 4 Unveils the Warriors Party

Since the launch of Campaign 4, recently appointed game master the talented storyteller has kept fans guessing with extensive world-building, a wide array of heroes, and a exciting storyline including celestial beings, fiends, and malevolent powers growing in power within the urban setting.

Warning: Key plot points for Episode 3 of this adventure are included.

The Soldiers Table Unveiled

Episode 3 ended with a huge suspense moment and revealed the initial group of heroes who will split off from the primary party to undertake their own adventure, separate from the other two tables.

The Soldiers table consists of Teor Pridesire (portrayed by Travis), the nimble rogue (Laura), Tyranny (the cast member), the cleric (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Dividing the Cast

Given 13 cast members, it was clear from the start that maintaining everyone at a single group would be unworkable.

This explains, the opening chapters of this story serve as an Overture, intertwining the personal journeys before dividing into three distinct groups: Warriors, Strategists, and Explorers.

Characteristics of the Combat Party

According to the Dungeon Master, the combat-focused party is for adventurers who are drawn to a typically action-packed combat and conflict-driven story mode where non-violent answers are rare.

Initially, figures such as the squeamish cleric the cleric might appear unsuited, but the actions of episode 3 make it clear why these five characters are perfectly fit for the combat party.

Reasons to Leave

To begin with, the team has a clear idea where to go next after a brutal initial meeting with the enemy group.

Casimir of Thjazi—whose passing started the campaign’s events—used the foes for his personal gain, invading the secret base, attacking the character, and taking all the enchanted items to sell off.

Casimir then cleared his liabilities and fled to a secure base in the northern region, above Dol-Makjar, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Personal Motivations

Additionally, each character has a specific drive to depart the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as the companion and best friend, desires revenge.
  • Kattigan is familiar with Timmony and cautions that it is a dangerous place.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having resisted his family’s wishes to kill the fighter and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their position as key figures in the influential clan could assist the group reach places they usually can’t.
  • Moreover, The fighter swore a eternal obligation to Wicander for his rescue and will now follow him anywhere.

Wanted and Hunted

In addition, all of them are sought by the powers that control the city for a range of causes, making staying in the city dangerous:

  • The rogue and The hero are known criminals.
  • The warrior and The healer betrayed the influential house and the legion of demons they are partnered with.
  • Teor is wanted dead by the family.

This means them little choice but to head to the northern region in search of the traitor.

What’s Next?

From episode three’s Cooldown, we discover that the warrior group will be absent the following episode, leaving the rest of the cast members to round up the Questers and Planners groups.

Fans can look forward to discovering which players will be where in Campaign 4’s last Overture episode, available to watch on October 24.
